The deputy turned around and activated emergency lights.<\/p>\n
The Impala then sped south on Highway 9, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n
Daniels allegedly continued through Ada and ignored a four-way stop at Highways 9 and 200.<\/p>\n
Speeds reached about 100 mph south of Ada, where the posted limit was 60 mph.<\/p>\n
The complaint says Daniels briefly pulled over before driving away again.<\/p>\n
The vehicle later reached 120 mph.<\/p>\n
Daniels also allegedly threw a swimming tube from the vehicle.<\/p>\n
The complaint says he later extended his arm from the window and made an obscene gesture.<\/p>\n
Near the county line, the vehicle entered the gravel shoulder and lost control.<\/p>\n
It crossed into the opposite ditch, and the airbags deployed.<\/p>\n
The vehicle returned to the roadway.<\/p>\n
