A caregiver told police the children had recently left Taylor Buhr’s apartment.<\/p>\n
The caregiver noticed the injuries after picking up the children, according to the report.<\/p>\n
Police reported bruising and redness on the children’s foreheads, cheeks, and necks.<\/p>\n
Officers also reported petechiae, which are small spots caused by bleeding under the skin.<\/p>\n
One child told police that Buhr had hit and slapped them, the report stated.<\/p>\n
