The jail roster lists a failure-to-appear charge connected to a gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor case. Alfrido’s date of birth is listed as Oct. 22, 2003.<\/p>\n

The public roster identifies Minnesota Statute 609.49, subdivision 2, as the controlling charge. The entry classifies the listed charge as a misdemeanor.<\/p>\n
