FERGUS FALLS, Minn. (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>)<\/strong> \u2014 David Taylor Englin-Hill, 40, was booked into the Otter Tail County Jail on July 28, 2026.<\/p>\n

The county jail roster lists five active charges against Englin-Hill. Two charges are felonies, while three are misdemeanors.<\/p>\n

The first felony charge is second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon. It is listed under Minnesota Statute 609.222, subdivision 1<\/a>.<\/p>\n
