Jarquise Davonta Brown-Williams, 23, is charged in Polk County District Court.<\/p>\n

The complaint says the alleged crimes happened between May 17 and May 26, 2026.<\/p>\n

Prosecutors claim Brown-Williams helped Kearra Grace Johnson take guns from a Crookston home.<\/p>\n

The charges remain allegations. Brown-Williams is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.<\/p>\n

Six Firearms Reported Missing<\/h2>\n

The homeowner reported six missing guns from a locked safe on May 20.<\/p>\n

They included several rifles, shotguns, and a muzzleloader.<\/p>\n

The homeowner said Brown-Williams and Johnson visited after meeting him at Crooks Club.<\/p>\n

He said Johnson stayed inside while he played pool with Brown-Williams in the garage.<\/p>\n

The homeowner later checked the safe and found the firearms missing.<\/p>\n

Investigators searched a Crookston residence on May 26.<\/p>\n

They found shotgun shells, a trigger lock, gun oil, and a document bearing Johnson\u2019s name.<\/p>\n

Guns Recovered From Junkyard Bus<\/h2>\n

The complaint says Brown-Williams admitted helping hide the firearms at a Crookston junkyard.<\/p>\n

He then led investigators to a bus parked at the property.<\/p>\n

Police found six firearms inside storage areas and sleeping quarters on the bus.<\/p>\n

The homeowner later identified the recovered guns as his property.<\/p>\n

Brown-Williams allegedly said Johnson removed the guns from the home.<\/p>\n

He also claimed another man suggested hiding them at the junkyard.<\/p>\n

Johnson later admitted stealing the firearms, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n

She allegedly said Brown-Williams opened the safe and later cleaned the guns.<\/p>\n

Charges Carry Major Penalties<\/h2>\n

Each charge carries a possible maximum sentence of 20 years.<\/p>\n
