He agreed to perform field sobriety tests. The deputy reported seeing additional signs of possible impairment.<\/p>\n
The complaint says Iceman-Auginash admitted using marijuana before the traffic stop.<\/p>\n
He also allegedly said he had used methamphetamine before driving.<\/p>\n

Iceman-Auginash was arrested after the roadside investigation.<\/p>\n
During a search, the deputy allegedly found a substance believed to be heroin in his pocket.<\/p>\n
