Thief River Falls Arrest Follows Assault Report<\/h2>\n

THIEF RIVER FALLS<\/strong> (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>) \u2014 A local man was arrested after a reported domestic assault at a Cottonwood Avenue apartment.<\/p>\n

Police received the report at 10:11 p.m. on July 21.<\/p>\n
