Thief River Falls<\/strong> (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>) \u2014 A theft case and several parking citations were listed in a local court report.<\/p>\n

The roundup also included speeding, registration, and hands-free violations handled by the Minnesota State Patrol.<\/p>\n

Theft Case Includes Restitution<\/h2>\n

Nancy Marie Schley, 67, of Thief River Falls, was listed in a theft case.<\/p>\n

The court imposed 90 days in jail but stayed that sentence for one year.<\/p>\n

Schley received one year of court probation. She was also ordered to pay $680.07 in restitution.<\/p>\n

The listed fine was $185.<\/p>\n

Parking Violations Lead City Cases<\/h2>\n

Most city cases involved calendar parking rules on streets, avenues, or parking lots.<\/p>\n

Tawnya Erickson received three citations at $52 each. Ethan Londgren of Solway received one $52 citation.<\/p>\n

Crystal Mendoza, 37, received one $52 citation.<\/p>\n

Joshua Ray Moreno, 27, received a $52 parking-lot citation.<\/p>\n

Nicole Victoria Wojciechowski, 39, received two street or avenue citations at $52 each.<\/p>\n

Expired Registration Case<\/h2>\n

Roger Carl Widing, 65, was cited for expired registration. The listed fine was $115.<\/p>\n

State Patrol Speeding Cases<\/h2>\n

Kiara Rekela Brown, 34, of Minneapolis, was listed for driving 65 mph in a 60 mph zone.<\/p>\n

The speeding fine was $125. Brown also received a $135 hands-free law fine.<\/p>\n

The report described the violation as accessing video content, images, games, or software applications.<\/p>\n

Daniel Thomas Burman, 36, of Trail, was listed for driving 70 mph in a 60 mph zone.<\/p>\n

The listed fine was $125.<\/p>\n

Hannah Jewel Kruta, 19, of Thief River Falls, was listed for driving 64 mph in a 60 mph zone.<\/p>\n

Jody Marie Miller, 46, of Goodridge, was listed for driving 65 mph in a 60 mph zone.<\/p>\n

Christopher Daniel Renwick, 39, of Thief River Falls, received the same listed speeding citation.<\/p>\n

Each listed fine was $125.<\/p>\n

Two charges against Jarvis Lee Greenhill, 37, of Detroit, were dismissed.<\/p>\n

Those charges involved driving after suspension and lacking proof of insurance.<\/p>\n
