BORGHOLM TWP, Mille Lacs County<\/strong> (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>) \u2014 A pickup left Highway 23 and hit a tree Tuesday morning in Mille Lacs County.<\/p>\n

The Minnesota State Patrol reported the crash on December 16, 2025. The reported time was 9:21 a.m.<\/p>\n

The crash location was Highway 23 and 50th Avenue in Borgholm Township. Road conditions were listed as dry.<\/p>\n

What happened<\/h2>\n

State Patrol said a 2001 Ford Ranger was traveling west on Highway 23 near 50th Avenue.<\/p>\n

Troopers said the Ranger went off the road and struck a tree.<\/p>\n

The driver was Douglas Phillip Anderson, 72, of Saint Francis, Minnesota.<\/p>\n

Troopers reported non-life-threatening injuries.<\/p>\n

Anderson was taken to Fairview Northland in Princeton, according to the report.<\/p>\n

The report says the airbag deployed. The report lists alcohol as not involved.<\/p>\n
