A preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 28.<\/p>\n<p>The court docket lists Dawson\u2019s birth year as 2008.<\/p>\n<h2>The Alleged Online Setup<\/h2>\n<p>According to an incident report, the robbery happened July 18 in a Fargo apartment parking lot.<\/p>\n<p>The seller had listed an AR pistol on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bismanonline.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">BisManOnline<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>A user calling himself \u201cTyler Jacobson\u201d offered $750 for the firearm.<\/p>\n<p>The buyer provided an address and arranged a meeting. The seller arrived with the firearm inside a case.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators say a white sport utility vehicle then pulled beside the seller\u2019s vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>The suspected buyer entered the front passenger seat. He began completing firearm transfer paperwork, according to the report.<\/p>\n<p>The other vehicle\u2019s driver then approached the open passenger window.<\/p>\n<p>The driver allegedly pointed a gun at the seller. He demanded the listed firearm.<\/p>\n<p>The suspected buyer searched the seller and asked whether he carried anything else.<\/p>\n<p>He then took the firearm case, investigators allege.<\/p>\n<p>The case contained the AR pistol and two loaded magazines. Both suspects left in the white vehicle.<\/p>\n<h2>Account and Vehicle Evidence<\/h2>\n<p>Investigators obtained records connected to the BisManOnline account.<\/p>\n<p><!-- Replace the image URL with a lawfully obtained photograph. Confirm publication rules because the docket lists a 2008 birth year. --><\/p>\n<figure style=\"text-align: center; margin: 24px auto;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; max-width: 600px; width: 100%; height: auto; margin: 0 auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/trfnews.i234.me\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Daquan-Kerrel-Dawson.png\" alt=\"Daquan Kerrel Dawson mugshot\" \/><figcaption style=\"margin-top: 8px;\">Daquan Kerrel Dawson<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>They traced the account to a telephone number linked to Dawson.<\/p>\n<p>The number was also connected to Dawson\u2019s name through Cash App, according to the report.<\/p>\n<p>The seller\u2019s description included the suspect\u2019s hairstyle and a distinctive hand tattoo.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators said those details were consistent with Dawson.<\/p>\n<p>Nearby Ring camera video showed a white Lexus RX circling the parking lot.<\/p>\n<p>Police previously associated that vehicle with Dawson, the report states.<\/p>\n<h2>Search Leads to Juvenile Arrest<\/h2>\n<p>Detectives later searched another address connected to the investigation.<\/p>\n<p>They found the seller\u2019s stolen firearm case, investigators said.<\/p>\n<p>The case had a distinctive clip and an American flag design.<\/p>\n<p>Detectives also found a loaded magazine and a grip attachment.<\/p>\n<p>A juvenile at that location was arrested on related allegations. The juvenile was taken to detention.<\/p>\n<p>Dawson was later located at his workplace.<\/p>\n<p>Detectives then searched his apartment and found clothing matching the suspect\u2019s reported appearance.<\/p>\n<p>He was arrested on robbery conspiracy and firearm theft allegations.<\/p>\n<p><em>The charges are accusations.
