DOVRE TWP, Kandiyohi County<\/strong> (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>) \u2014 Two drivers were hurt in a two-vehicle crash Monday morning.<\/p>\n

The Minnesota State Patrol reported the crash on December 15, 2025. The time was 8:49 a.m.<\/p>\n

The State Patrol listed the location as southbound Highway 71 at 60th Avenue NE in Dovre Township.<\/p>\n

The crash narrative says the collision happened south of an intersection near Highway 23 and County Road 25.<\/p>\n

Road conditions were listed as dry. Troopers listed the incident as an injury crash.<\/p>\n

What happened<\/h2>\n

Troopers said a 2018 GMC Terrain was trying to turn south onto Highway 23 from County Road 25.<\/p>\n

Troopers said a 2016 Chevrolet Sonic was traveling south on Highway 23.<\/p>\n

The vehicles collided south of the intersection, according to the report.<\/p>\n

The crash report does not explain what led to the collision.<\/p>\n

Drivers and injuries<\/h2>\n

The GMC driver was Charlotte Kay Sieck, 87, of Willmar.<\/p>\n

Troopers reported non-life-threatening injuries. She was taken to CentraCare in Willmar.<\/p>\n

The report says Sieck was wearing a seat belt. It also says her airbag did not deploy.<\/p>\n

The Chevrolet driver was Carlotta Marie Eischens, 63, of New London.<\/p>\n

Troopers reported non-life-threatening injuries. She was also taken to CentraCare in Willmar.<\/p>\n

The report says Eischens was wearing a seat belt. It also says the Chevrolet airbag deployed.<\/p>\n

Alcohol was listed as not involved for either driver.<\/p>\n
