Officers later found Boswell near a nearby store, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n
He was wearing a backpack and looking through another bag. Boswell allegedly admitted taking the bag from the casino area.<\/p>\n
However, he reportedly claimed the bag belonged to him.<\/p>\n
Police said Boswell carried a BB pistol in his waistband. Officers also reported finding a metal baton and drug-related items.<\/p>\n

The video reportedly showed him cutting a backpack from another bicycle.<\/p>\n
He then allegedly left the area using a different bicycle.<\/p>\n
The bag\u2019s owner later confirmed the bag belonged to him. However, he said it was empty and declined further action.<\/p>\n
Charges And Possible Penalties<\/h2>\n
The felony ammunition charge carries a possible 15-year prison sentence. It also carries a possible $30,000 fine.<\/p>\n
The complaint cites Boswell\u2019s June 22, 2026, second-degree burglary conviction.<\/p>\n
Minnesota law restricts ammunition possession after certain violent crime convictions.
