Bemidji Man Charged After Missing Court Hearing<\/h2>\n

Bemidji<\/strong> (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>) \u2014 A Bemidji man faces a felony charge after allegedly missing a required court hearing.<\/p>\n

Gregory Roy Weossner has been charged with felony failure to appear in Clearwater County District Court.<\/p>\n

The charge stems from an in-person hearing scheduled for June 12, 2026.<\/p>\n

Court records allege Weossner did not attend the hearing as required.<\/p>\n

A body-only arrest warrant was issued after the missed appearance.<\/p>\n

Earlier DWI Case Led to Court Order<\/h2>\n

According to the criminal complaint, Weossner was arrested on January 31, 2026.<\/p>\n

He was accused of first-degree driving while impaired and driving after cancellation.<\/p>\n

The first-degree DWI allegation was filed as a felony.<\/p>\n
