It also carries a possible $10,000 fine.<\/p>\n<p>The court set bail at $800 cash or an $8,000 bond.<\/p>\n<p>Lopez was released under several court conditions. It also lists him under active warrant status.<\/p>\n<p>The formal charge section lists an offense date of May 15, 2025. However, the probable cause section identifies December 11, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The reason for the difference was not explained in the complaint.<\/p>\n<p>A felony failure-to-appear conviction may bring up to 30 months in prison.
