{"id":39030,"date":"2026-07-25T05:08:25","date_gmt":"2026-07-25T10:08:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/trfnews.i234.me\/wordpress\/?p=39030"},"modified":"2026-07-20T19:27:17","modified_gmt":"2026-07-21T00:27:17","slug":"bagley-man-charged-with-high-bac-dwi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/trfnews.i234.me\/wordpress\/bagley-man-charged-with-high-bac-dwi\/","title":{"rendered":"Bagley Man Charged With High BAC DWI"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Bagley Man Charged With High BAC DWI<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Clearwater County<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/trfnews.i234.me\">trfnews.i234.me<\/a>) \u2014 A Bagley man is facing a gross misdemeanor DWI charge after authorities allege he was driving with a high alcohol concentration on Highway 2.<\/p>\n<h2>High BAC Alleged During Traffic Stop<\/h2>\n<p>Jesse Richard Hall, 55, of Bagley, is charged with third-degree driving while impaired.<\/p>\n<p>The charge was filed in Clearwater County District Court.<\/p>\n<p>Court documents state the alleged incident happened on July 5, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>According to the complaint, authorities received a report of a black Toyota weaving on Highway 2.<\/p>\n<p>The vehicle was reportedly crossing the center fog line while traveling west toward Bagley.<\/p>\n<p>The vehicle later stopped on the shoulder of Highway 2 near Shevlin.<\/p>\n<p>When authorities contacted Hall, he was identified as the driver.<\/p>\n<p>The complaint states Hall appeared impaired when contacted.<\/p>\n<p>Officials reported smelling a strong odor of alcohol coming from the vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>The complaint also states Hall had watery eyes and slow movements.<\/p>\n<p>His speech was described as unclear and slow during the interaction.<\/p>\n<h2>Breath Test Reported At .28<\/h2>\n<p>According to court documents, Hall agreed to perform field sobriety testing.<\/p>\n<p>The complaint states he had trouble maintaining balance after leaving the vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>Officials reported stopping additional testing because of Hall\u2019s physical condition.<\/p>\n<p>A preliminary breath test was then administered.<\/p>\n<p>The complaint states the result was a .28 alcohol concentration.<\/p>\n<p>Authorities later arrested Hall.<\/p>\n<p>During a search of the vehicle, an open bottle of vodka was reportedly found.<\/p>\n<p>The bottle was located under the driver\u2019s seat and had little liquid remaining.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center; margin: 30px 0;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" style=\"max-width: 400px;\" src=\"https:\/\/trfnews.i234.me\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/HALL-JESSE.jpg\" alt=\"Jesse Richard Hall mugshot\" \/><em>Booking photo of Jesse Richard Hall.
