The charges include fifth-degree drug possession and theft.<\/p>\n<p>The drug charge involves possession of a controlled substance or related drug paraphernalia. The charge is listed under Minnesota Statute 152.025.2(a)(1).<\/p>\n<p>The record states the charge does not involve cannabis or hemp products.<\/p>\n<p>Williams also faces a theft charge.
