BELTRAMI COUNTY<\/strong> (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>) \u2014 A Wisconsin man faces a felony fugitive charge in northern Minnesota.<\/p>\n

Michael Kenneth Rainey, 37, of Cumberland, Wisconsin, was charged in Beltrami County District Court.<\/p>\n

The complaint alleges Rainey was wanted under an active felony warrant from Wisconsin.<\/p>\n

The Minnesota charge is listed as being a fugitive from justice from another state.<\/p>\n

A criminal complaint contains allegations. Rainey remains presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.<\/p>\n
