The complaint says deputies saw a glasses case containing a white crystal-like substance. A later vehicle search allegedly found more suspected drugs.<\/p>\n
Investigators also reported finding a pipe with burned residue. An empty alcohol container was allegedly located under the driver\u2019s seat.<\/p>\n
Lilly reportedly told deputies that he had drunk alcohol earlier that night.<\/p>\n
Blood Test Cited in Complaint<\/h2>\n
The complaint says Lilly showed several possible signs of impairment. He was arrested on suspicion of impaired driving.<\/p>\n
Authorities later obtained a warrant for a blood or urine sample. Lilly agreed to provide a blood sample, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n
The test allegedly showed a blood alcohol level of 0.08. It also reportedly detected methamphetamine and amphetamine.<\/p>\n
The suspected crystal substance weighed about 2.2 grams. A field test reportedly identified the substance as methamphetamine.<\/p>\n
Four Charges Filed<\/h2>\n
Lilly faces fifth-degree controlled substance possession. The felony carries a maximum five-year prison term and a possible $10,000 fine.<\/p>\n
He also faces three fourth-degree DWI-related misdemeanor charges. Each misdemeanor carries up to 90 days in jail and a $1,000 fine.<\/p>\n
The counts involve alleged combined substance impairment, a 0.08 alcohol level, and a Schedule I or II drug.<\/p>\n
