Another deputy later spotted a similar motorcycle near County Road 29 and Minnesota Highway 34.<\/p>\n
The motorcycle slowed and stopped after the deputy activated emergency lights.<\/p>\n
The complaint identifies the driver as Scott.<\/p>\n
Authorities said the motorcycle was black. The rider also wore black clothing.<\/p>\n
Scott allegedly made statements showing he understood why officers had stopped him.<\/p>\n
Complaint Alleges 100 MPH Speed<\/h2>\n
Investigators later questioned Scott after reading him his rights.<\/p>\n
The complaint says Scott admitted seeing the patrol vehicle near a Burger King restaurant.<\/p>\n
He allegedly admitted running the stop sign and accelerating onto Highway 10.<\/p>\n
Scott reportedly said he panicked after seeing the emergency lights.<\/p>\n
He also allegedly admitted reaching at least 100 mph during the pursuit.<\/p>\n
The complaint says Scott recently bought the motorcycle and lacked insurance.<\/p>\n

Felony Charge Filed<\/h2>\n
The felony carries a maximum sentence of three years and one day in prison.<\/p>\n
It also carries a possible $5,000 fine, or both penalties.<\/p>\n
