Moorhead Man Faces Multiple Theft Charges<\/h2>\n

CLAY COUNTY<\/strong> (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>) \u2014 A 38-year-old man was booked into the Clay County Jail after separate investigations by the Dilworth Police Department and the Moorhead Police Department resulted in multiple criminal allegations.<\/p>\n

According to jail records, Arsenio Eugene James<\/strong>, 38, was booked on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at 8:19 a.m.<\/p>\n

The booking report lists allegations connected to two different law enforcement agencies. The charges include two theft-related offenses and one allegation of obstructing the legal process by interfering with law enforcement.<\/p>\n
