Thief River Falls<\/strong> (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>) \u2014 A Thief River Falls man was sentenced in Pennington County District Court.<\/p>\n

Nicholas Arley Hagman<\/strong>, 30, was sentenced Monday, Dec. 8, court records say.<\/p>\n

He was sentenced on a felony charge of first-degree controlled substance crime.<\/p>\n

The case involved the sale of methamphetamine after a prior conviction.<\/p>\n

Sentence ordered<\/h2>\n

The court sentenced Hagman to 128 months in prison.<\/p>\n

The court also ordered a lifetime ban on firearms and ammunition.<\/p>\n

On the day after Christmas, authorities say Hagman sold about two grams of meth for $140.<\/p>\n

The deal happened in the parking lot of America’s Best Value Inn & Suites.<\/p>\n

On Jan. 7, authorities say Hagman sold about 3.7 grams of meth for $120.<\/p>\n

The deal happened in the parking lot of Cenex Travel Plaza.<\/p>\n

About a week later, authorities say Hagman sold about 3.3 grams of meth for $200.<\/p>\n

The deal happened again at the hotel parking lot, court records say.<\/p>\n

Walmart meeting and later exchange<\/h2>\n

On Jan. 15, court records say Hagman contacted the informant with a larger offer.<\/p>\n

Authorities say the two met in the Walmart parking lot.<\/p>\n

The informant exchanged $200 and was told to wait for a later delivery.<\/p>\n

The next day, authorities say Hagman delivered about 8.3 grams of meth.<\/p>\n

Court records say he could not provide the full amount first discussed.<\/p>\n

February deal and another suspect<\/h2>\n

On Feb. 4, authorities say Hagman discussed another sale of meth.<\/p>\n

The meeting location changed, court records say.<\/p>\n

Authorities say a woman, Jezzirae Krueckeberg<\/strong>, arrived to pick up the informant.<\/p>\n

Authorities say the exchange then happened through Krueckeberg.<\/p>\n

Court records say $200 was exchanged for about five grams of meth.<\/p>\n

The case involving Krueckeberg is still moving through the court system.<\/p>\n
