Isaac James Schlagel, 20, of McIntosh, also received a $110 seat belt fine.<\/p>\n
Adriah Marilayne Sayers, 24, of Red Lake, received a $285 fine for driving after revocation.<\/p>\n
Joshua Ray Moreno, 27, of Thief River Falls, received a $135 child-restraint fine.<\/p>\n

Zachary Charles Brateng, 31, of Thief River Falls, received a $135 fine.<\/p>\n
The Minnesota DNR case involved operating an unregistered all-terrain vehicle.<\/p>\n
