The trooper saw a vehicle cross the fog line around 10:36 p.m. Part of one tire also entered the Taylor Road turn lane.<\/p>\n
The trooper then stopped the vehicle. Forpahl was identified as the driver.<\/p>\n
The complaint says his movements appeared slow and deliberate. The trooper also reported a fruity smell coming from the vehicle.<\/p>\n
Those observations led to field sobriety tests. The complaint describes several signs of possible impairment during those tests.<\/p>\n
Forpahl allegedly struggled with balance, instructions, and heel-to-toe steps. A preliminary breath test showed no alcohol.<\/p>\n

Three Pills Allegedly Found<\/h2>\n
The complaint says Forpahl later allowed officers to search the vehicle. That search allegedly found three orange, oval pills.<\/p>\n
Forpahl reportedly identified the pills as Adderall. He also reportedly said he did not have a prescription.<\/p>\n
Authorities identified the pills as 30-milligram dextroamphetamine. Dextroamphetamine is listed as a Schedule II controlled substance.<\/p>\n
Prosecutors allege the pills formed the basis for the felony charge.<\/p>\n
A search warrant was later approved for a blood sample. The complaint says the sample was collected at 12:55 p.m.<\/p>\n
