Blackduck Woman Faces Ignition Interlock Charge<\/h2>\n

BLACKDUCK, Minn.<\/strong> (trfnews.i234.me)<\/a> \u2014 Jennifer Rae Moen faces a gross misdemeanor charge in Beltrami County District Court. The charge involves an alleged violation of Minnesota\u2019s ignition interlock rules.<\/p>\n

According to the criminal complaint, the traffic stop happened on May 25, 2026. A deputy was handling another traffic stop near Highway 71 and Timber Creek Trail. The complaint says a dark-colored truck passed without moving over and was traveling quickly.<\/p>\n

The deputy stopped the truck under Minnesota\u2019s move-over law<\/a>, often called the Ted Foss Law. Moen was identified as the driver, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n

Ignition Interlock Requirement<\/h2>\n

During the stop, the deputy checked Moen\u2019s driver\u2019s license status. Court documents say her license required an ignition interlock device in any vehicle she operated.<\/p>\n

The truck did not have a functioning ignition interlock device, the complaint alleges. Moen also confirmed the vehicle lacked the required device, according to court records.<\/p>\n
