Emergency crews responded shortly after 10 p.m. to Minnesota Highway 1, east of Alvarado.<\/p>\n
They found a silver Chevrolet Impala in the south ditch. The vehicle had extensive rear damage.<\/p>\n
The complaint states the car entered the ditch sharply. It then turned sideways and rolled several times.<\/p>\n
Fish told investigators she swerved to avoid a deer. Investigators reported slurred speech and watery eyes.<\/p>\n
They also reported smelling alcohol. Fish admitted drinking one beer and a vodka beverage, the complaint states.<\/p>\n
Two children under the age of 16 were riding in the car. Both were taken for medical checks.<\/p>\n

Fish complained of shoulder pain after the crash. X-rays found no separated shoulder.<\/p>\n
Medical staff diagnosed contusions, according to the court filing. Standard roadside testing was not completed.<\/p>\n
An investigator later obtained a search warrant for a blood sample. The sample was sent for laboratory testing.<\/p>\n
The test later showed a blood-alcohol concentration of .116, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n
