BARNES COUNTY, N.D.<\/strong> \u2014 (trfnews.i234.me)<\/a> \u2014 Two motorcyclists were injured Friday evening in a rural Barnes County crash.The crash was reported at 6:22 p.m. Friday, July 3, 2026. It happened along the 5100 block of 118th Avenue Southeast.<\/p>\n

That road is also known as Barnes County Road 21.<\/p>\n

Authorities said neither rider was wearing a helmet. Officials have not released the riders\u2019 names.<\/p>\n

Their ages and hometowns also remain unknown.<\/p>\n

Emergency Crews Respond<\/h2>\n

Sanford LifeFlight responded to the crash scene. Barnes County Ambulance also provided emergency assistance.<\/p>\n

The Barnes County Sheriff\u2019s Office and Barnes County Dispatch helped coordinate the response.<\/p>\n

The North Dakota Highway Patrol<\/a> also assisted at the scene.<\/p>\n

Fire crews from Kathryn and Valley City joined the emergency response.<\/p>\n

Authorities have not released details about how the crash happened.<\/p>\n

The conditions of the injured riders were not available on Saturday.<\/p>\n

Officials also have not said where either rider received treatment.<\/p>\n

The response included air medical, ambulance, fire, dispatch, and law enforcement crews.<\/p>\n

The Barnes County Sheriff\u2019s Office is investigating the crash. No cause has been announced.<\/p>\n

Investigators have not released information about speed, road conditions, or possible impairment.<\/p>\n
