Lake Park Crash Leads to Third-Degree DWI Charges<\/h2>\n

Lake Park<\/strong> (trfnews.i234.me)<\/a> \u2014 A West Fargo man faces two DWI charges after a multi-vehicle crash in Lake Park.<\/p>\n

Tylor Timothy Sunde, 44, was charged in Becker County District Court. The complaint was filed under case number 03-CR-26-1172.<\/p>\n

Sunde faces two counts of third-degree driving while impaired. Both charges are gross misdemeanors under Minnesota law.<\/p>\n

Each count carries a maximum sentence of one year in jail. Each also carries a possible $3,000 fine.<\/p>\n

Crash Reported Near Highway 10<\/h2>\n

The crash was reported around 12:32 p.m. on June 11, 2026. It happened near U.S. Highway 10 and Second Street.<\/p>\n
