Kuhn is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.<\/p>\n<h2>Traffic Stop on Highway 2<\/h2>\n<p>According to the complaint, a state trooper was patrolling U.S. Highway 2 at about 8:58 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>The trooper reported seeing a light blue Buick traveling above the posted speed limit.<\/p>\n<p>Radar showed the vehicle moving at 85 mph in a 65 mph zone, the complaint states.<\/p>\n<p>The trooper stopped the Buick as it turned into Fisher.<\/p>\n<p>Kuhn was the driver and only person inside the vehicle, according to the court filing.<\/p>\n<p>The complaint says Kuhn told the trooper she did not realize she was speeding.<\/p>\n<p>The trooper reported seeing bloodshot eyes and smelling a strong odor of alcohol from the vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>Kuhn could not show insurance information because her phone was dead, the complaint states.<\/p>\n<p>She also said her North Dakota license was restricted.
