The two residents said Hanson had repeatedly circled family homes. They also accused him of parking outside and watching the properties.<\/p>\n
Both residents told police they felt harassed and stalked. One resident said the incidents had caused serious sleep loss.<\/p>\n
She also reported leaving work early because she was exhausted.<\/p>\n
Police later learned Hanson was parked in a driveway at another family residence. Officers found him there and arrested him.<\/p>\n
