Bar Dispute Leads to Police Call<\/h2>\n
Police were sent to the business around 10:39 p.m. after a reported disturbance involving a firearm.<\/p>\n
Witnesses said two men argued and moved close to each other. A manager told both men to stop.<\/p>\n
The complaint alleges O’Toole threatened to get a gun. It also says he appeared intoxicated when he arrived.<\/p>\n
The manager tried to collect O’Toole’s $27.20 tab. The manager also offered to arrange an Uber ride.<\/p>\n
O’Toole allegedly left without paying and drove away. Police were told he used a white Ford F-350 pickup.<\/p>\n
Arrest and Vehicle Search<\/h2>\n
An officer later found the pickup running in the parking lot. O’Toole was near the driver’s side.<\/p>\n
The complaint says he stumbled, had slurred speech, and smelled strongly of alcohol.<\/p>\n
It also says O’Toole struggled to follow instructions.<\/p>\n
A witness reported seeing O’Toole urinate in the parking lot. Police then arrested him on suspicion of impaired driving.<\/p>\n

The complaint lists maximum penalties of 364 days and $3,000 for each gross misdemeanor.<\/p>\n
