Grand Forks County<\/strong> (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>) \u2014 A Grand Forks family says a DoorDash<\/a> delivery ended with a \u201cconfirmed\u201d photo, but no pizza at their door.<\/p>\n

What the video shows<\/h2>\n

The family shared a home security video that appears to show a driver walking up to the door with the order.<\/p>\n

In the footage, the driver takes a photo to confirm the drop-off.<\/p>\n

Seconds later, the driver is seen leaving with the food, the family says.<\/p>\n

The family told TRF News they never received the pizza after the photo was taken.<\/p>\n

Family reports the incident<\/h2>\n

The family says they contacted DoorDash about the missing order.<\/p>\n

It was not clear on Monday if the driver had been contacted.<\/p>\n

It was also not clear if a full refund was issued.<\/p>\n

DoorDash recommends reporting incidents like this as soon as possible to its support team.<\/p>\n

Tips for customers<\/h2>\n

If an order shows \u201cdelivered\u201d but you did not get it, act fast.<\/p>\n

Save the delivery photo and any doorbell video.<\/p>\n

Take a screenshot of the order page with the time stamp.<\/p>\n

Report the issue through the DoorDash app’s help options for that order.<\/p>\n

If DoorDash does not resolve it, you can contact your bank or card issuer.<\/p>\n

The Federal Trade Commission says card users have right to dispute billing errors.<\/p>\n

The FTC says disputes often must be made within 60 days of the first bill with the error.<\/p>\n

What happens next<\/h2>\n

TRF News is not naming the driver because no charge has been announced.<\/p>\n

DoorDash and the family have not released the driver\u2019s identity in public reports.<\/p>\n

Anyone who believes they were a fraud victim can also report it to the FTC.<\/p>\n
