Fergus Falls Township (trfnews.i234.me)<\/strong> \u2013 A collision occurred on December 10, 2025, at 12:46 PM on westbound Interstate 94 at milepost 49 in Fergus Falls Township, Otter Tail County. A 2023 Peterbilt semi tractor, driven by 38-year-old Ricco Ceasar Santana of Martinsville, VA, and a 2024 International semi tractor, driven by 40-year-old Garvin John Howell of East Hartford, CT, were both traveling westbound when the two vehicles collided.<\/p>\n

Santana, the driver of the Peterbilt, was wearing his seat belt and sustained non-life-threatening injuries. He was transported to Lake Region Hospital for treatment. Howell, the driver of the International, was also wearing his seat belt and was uninjured in the crash.<\/p>\n

The road conditions at the time were snow-covered and icy, which contributed to the collision. Ringdahl Ambulance responded to the scene.<\/p>\n
