The case was filed under Court File No. 11-CR-26-772.<\/p>\n<p>The charges stem from a June 1, 2026, crash near Pine Street and 62nd Avenue in Cass Lake.<\/p>\n<h2>Crash Reported In Cass Lake<\/h2>\n<p>According to the criminal complaint, officers responded to a single-vehicle crash shortly after 4 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Authorities found a gray Volvo sedan off the road. The complaint says its front bumper was against a tree.<\/p>\n<p>The vehicle had no license plates, according to court documents.<\/p>\n<p>Dispatch had received several driving complaints about the same vehicle. Callers reported reckless driving in the neighborhood.<\/p>\n<p>Two juveniles were allegedly inside the vehicle when it crashed. Both were under age 16, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center; margin: 25px 0;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"max-width: 100%; height: auto; border-radius: 6px;\" src=\"https:\/\/trfnews.i234.me\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Kamrowski-Alicia-Nicole.jpg\" alt=\"Alicia Nicole Kamrowski mugshot\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 14px; color: #555;\">Alicia Nicole Kamrowski<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Complaint Alleges Alcohol Use<\/h2>\n<p>One juvenile told investigators that Kamrowski had been drinking Captain Morgan liquor while driving, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n<p>Authorities later located Kamrowski at a nearby residence. Court documents say she showed signs of intoxication.<\/p>\n<p>The complaint states she had poor balance and used a handrail to steady herself.<\/p>\n<p>Officers also reported bloodshot, glassy eyes and a strong odor of alcohol.<\/p>\n<p>Kamrowski allegedly said she did not remember what happened.<\/p>\n<p>A preliminary breath test showed a blood alcohol concentration of .212, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n<p>Kamrowski was later taken to the Leech Lake Law Enforcement Center.<\/p>\n<p>After a breath test advisory was read, she agreed to testing. The complaint says the final breath test showed a .18 BAC.<\/p>\n<h2>Charges Filed In Cass County<\/h2>\n<p>Kamrowski is charged with operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of .08 or more within two hours.<\/p>\n<p>The charge cites <a href=\"https:\/\/www.revisor.mn.gov\/statutes\/cite\/169A.20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Minnesota Statute 169A.20<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.revisor.mn.gov\/statutes\/cite\/169A.25\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Minnesota Statute 169A.25<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutors allege aggravating factors were present.
