Gabriel Lynn Bjorge, 23, of Naytahwaush, is charged in Mahnomen County District Court with threats of violence.<\/p>\n
The charge is filed under Minnesota Statute 609.713<\/a>. Court records list the offense date as April 27, 2026.<\/p>\n The charge carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison. It may also carry a $10,000 fine, or both.<\/p>\n According to the complaint, law enforcement responded at about 6 p.m. to a home on 290th Street in rural Waubun.<\/p>\n The call involved alleged threats made through social media.<\/p>\n At the home, investigators spoke with Jaycee Michael Clark, Gracie Christine Uran, and Loden Gene Clark.<\/p>\n Jaycee Clark and Uran told investigators that Bjorge had sent the messages, the complaint states.<\/p>\n Loden Clark reported receiving Snapchat messages from Bjorge. The complaint says the messages included a threat involving Jaycee Clark.<\/p>\n One message allegedly referred to a \u201c44 Magnum.\u201d Investigators noted that the term refers to a large-caliber pistol.<\/p>\n Uran told investigators she had past safety concerns involving Bjorge, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n She said Bjorge had allegedly made past threats through mutual friends.<\/p>\n Uran also reported blocking 43 Snapchat accounts allegedly created to contact her.<\/p>\n The complaint says Uran reported seeing Bjorge outside her home and near her garage.<\/p>\n She said her father later installed an alarm system.<\/p>\n Danielle Marie Englund also spoke with investigators. She is listed as the mother of Jaycee Clark and Loden Clark.<\/p>\n Englund reported a past incident involving Bjorge and a reference to her son, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n Jaycee Clark and Uran both told investigators they were concerned for their safety.<\/p>\n Investigators later contacted Bjorge at a listed address near Naytahwaush.<\/p>\n The complaint says Bjorge admitted sending messages about the .44 Magnum.<\/p>\n He also allegedly said he had sent many threatening messages.<\/p>\n Bjorge was arrested and taken to Tri-County Corrections in Crookston.<\/p>\n The case is listed in Mahnomen County District Court under court file number 44-CR-26-241.<\/p>\n More court information can be found through the Minnesota Judicial Branch case records portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n A criminal complaint is not a conviction.
