Bagley Woman Charged After Meth Find<\/h2>\n

Clearwater County<\/strong> (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>) \u2014 A Bagley woman is facing a felony drug charge after a traffic stop in Clearwater County.<\/p>\n

According to a Minnesota District Court complaint, Bridgett Ann Beaulieu, 38, has been charged with fifth-degree controlled substance crime.<\/p>\n

The charge was filed in Clearwater County District Court under case number 15-CR-26-174.<\/p>\n

Court documents allege Beaulieu possessed about .532 grams of methamphetamine on or about October 7, 2025.<\/p>\n

Traffic Stop Led To Arrests<\/h2>\n

The complaint says a Minnesota State Patrol trooper checked a vehicle registration on County Road 7.<\/p>\n

The check reportedly showed expired registration. It also showed the registered owner\u2019s license was suspended.<\/p>\n

The vehicle then pulled quickly into a driveway, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n

The driver was identified as Scott David Lidstrom. Court documents say the homeowners came outside and said they did not know him.<\/p>\n

The complaint says Beaulieu was a passenger in the vehicle. She was allegedly not wearing a seatbelt.<\/p>\n

Authorities later learned Lidstrom\u2019s license was canceled as being inimical to public safety. He was placed under arrest.<\/p>\n

Court documents say Beaulieu also had an active arrest warrant in a Clearwater County DWI case.<\/p>\n

Complaint Alleges Meth Found In Vehicle<\/h2>\n

According to the complaint, an open alcohol bottle was seen under Beaulieu\u2019s purse.<\/p>\n

During a vehicle search, authorities found a small paper bindle in the passenger-side door pocket.<\/p>\n

The complaint says the bindle contained a white crystalline substance.<\/p>\n

Lidstrom reportedly told authorities the bottle and bindle belonged to Beaulieu.<\/p>\n

He also allegedly said she was the only passenger in the vehicle.<\/p>\n

Beaulieu told authorities Lidstrom had picked her up that Friday, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n

She also reportedly said she had him drive because she was under the influence of alcohol.<\/p>\n

A field test allegedly showed the substance was methamphetamine.<\/p>\n

The substance was later sent to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The complaint says BCA test results showed about .532 grams of methamphetamine.<\/p>\n

Felony Charge Filed<\/h2>\n

Beaulieu is charged under Minnesota Statute 152.025<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The felony charge carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison.<\/p>\n

It also carries a possible $10,000 fine, or both.<\/p>\n

The complaint also states Beaulieu has an open probation matter in a Clearwater County DWI case.<\/p>\n

Court records cited in the complaint say she failed to appear for a hearing on May 6, 2026.<\/p>\n

A criminal complaint is an allegation. Beaulieu is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.<\/p>\n
