Ogema<\/strong> (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>) \u2014 A Becker County court complaint charges Dominque Natasha Lucifer with obstructing legal process after a reported disturbance in Ogema.<\/p>\n

The case was filed in Minnesota District Court, Seventh Judicial District. The court file number is 03-CR-26-590.<\/p>\n

Lucifer, of White Earth, is charged with gross misdemeanor obstruction. The complaint says Lucifer also goes by Jason Durant.<\/p>\n

Reported Disturbance In Ogema<\/h2>\n

According to the complaint, deputies responded on February 25, 2026. The call involved a disturbance at a residence in Ogema.<\/p>\n

A reporting party told law enforcement that Lucifer had entered the residence without permission. The complaint says Lucifer had fought with someone before leaving.<\/p>\n

The caller said Lucifer was wearing dark clothing. The caller also reported that Lucifer appeared intoxicated.<\/p>\n

Complaint Describes Arrest<\/h2>\n

Deputies later saw a person in dark clothing walking west along Bear Clan Drive. The complaint says law enforcement identified the person as Lucifer.<\/p>\n

According to court records, Lucifer appeared intoxicated during contact with deputies. A deputy told Lucifer that law enforcement had received a call involving him.<\/p>\n

The complaint says Lucifer moved toward the deputy. He was warned not to touch the deputy.<\/p>\n

Lucifer allegedly touched the area near a squad camera. The complaint says he then began walking away.<\/p>\n

Law enforcement told Lucifer he was not free to leave. The complaint says Lucifer continued walking away.<\/p>\n

A deputy then tried to escort Lucifer to a squad car. Lucifer allegedly pulled away and swatted at the deputy\u2019s arm.<\/p>\n

The complaint says Lucifer continued swinging his arms. He also allegedly struck at the deputy\u2019s hands.<\/p>\n

Medical Help Called<\/h2>\n

Lucifer was eventually brought to the ground. The complaint says a taser was displayed but not used.<\/p>\n

Once on the ground, Lucifer allegedly continued resisting. Deputies later placed Lucifer in handcuffs.<\/p>\n

Emergency medical services were called because Lucifer was bleeding. Lucifer was then taken to an emergency room for medical care.<\/p>\n

The charge carries a maximum sentence of 364 days in jail. It also carries a possible $3,000 fine, or both.<\/p>\n

A criminal complaint is not a conviction. Lucifer is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.<\/p>\n
