Moncada later told investigators he used methamphetamine in Grand Forks, North Dakota.<\/p>\n

He also allegedly said he used methamphetamine several times in his garage.<\/p>\n

Authorities then searched the garage at his East Grand Forks residence.<\/p>\n

The complaint says officers found two glass pipes and a small baggie.<\/p>\n

Field tests allegedly showed methamphetamine residue on the items.<\/p>\n
