Naytahwaush<\/strong> (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>) \u2014 A Naytahwaush woman is facing a gross misdemeanor charge after a traffic stop in Mahnomen County.<\/p>\n

According to a criminal complaint filed in Mahnomen County District Court, Sheri Kay Snetsinger is charged with operating a motor vehicle without a required ignition interlock device.<\/p>\n

The case is filed in Minnesota\u2019s 9th Judicial District under court file number 44-CR-26-183.<\/p>\n

The charge stems from an incident reported on March 1, 2026, on Highway 59 in Mahnomen County.<\/p>\n

Traffic Stop On Highway 59<\/h2>\n

The complaint says a law enforcement officer was traveling south on Highway 59 at about 6:29 a.m.<\/p>\n

The officer reported seeing a northbound vehicle that did not dim its high-beam headlights within 1,000 feet.<\/p>\n

The complaint says the driver dimmed the lights when the vehicle was about 75 feet from the patrol vehicle.<\/p>\n

A traffic stop was then conducted.<\/p>\n

The driver was identified as Sheri Kay Snetsinger, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n
