FARGO<\/strong> (trfnews.i234.me)<\/a> \u2014 A 28-year-old Fargo man was arrested early Saturday after police say he refused to leave a home during a domestic violence investigation.<\/p>\n

Police said officers were called to the 2700 block of 10th Avenue North at about 1:20 a.m.<\/p>\n

Officers were responding to a reported domestic incident, police said.<\/p>\n

Police say probable cause was found<\/h2>\n

During the investigation, police said they developed probable cause to arrest Ethan Erickson, 28.<\/p>\n

Police said Erickson refused to exit the residence when officers tried to take him into custody.<\/p>\n

Police did not describe what was said inside the home.<\/p>\n

Police also did not release more details about what led to the call.<\/p>\n

SWAT team activated<\/h2>\n

Based on information gathered during the investigation, police said the Red River Valley SWAT team was activated.<\/p>\n

Police also cited Erickson\u2019s criminal history as a factor in the decision.<\/p>\n

With SWAT assistance, Erickson was taken into custody without incident, police said.<\/p>\n

No officers were reported hurt during the arrest.<\/p>\n

Charges and jail status<\/h2>\n

Erickson is being held at the Cass County Jail, police said.<\/p>\n

Police listed three charges: terrorizing with a dangerous weapon, domestic violence, and terrorizing.<\/p>\n

Police said all three counts are Class C felonies.<\/p>\n

Police said the victim had minor injuries.<\/p>\n
