Frazee<\/strong> (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>) \u2014 Christopher Allen Schultz, 38, of Frazee, is facing a felony drug charge in Becker County District Court.<\/p>\n

According to court records, Schultz has been charged with felony third-degree drugs. The case involves an alleged methamphetamine sale in rural Frazee.<\/p>\n

Controlled Buy Alleged In Court Records<\/h2>\n

Court records state a member of the West Central Drug Task Force was contacted by a confidential informant.<\/p>\n

The informant said they could buy methamphetamine from Schultz, according to the court filing.<\/p>\n

A controlled buy was then arranged on July 31, 2025. The buy took place at Schultz\u2019s residence in rural Frazee.<\/p>\n

During the buy, the informant allegedly purchased about 3 grams of methamphetamine from Schultz. Court records say the informant paid $150.<\/p>\n

Prior Drug Case Listed<\/h2>\n

Court records also state Schultz was sentenced in 2024 in another felony drug case.<\/p>\n

The new charge remains an allegation. Schultz is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.<\/p>\n

First Court Appearance Scheduled<\/h2>\n

Schultz\u2019s first court appearance was set for April 30 in Becker County District Court.<\/p>\n

The hearing was scheduled before District Judge Michael D. Fritz.<\/p>\n
