BELTRAMI COUNTY, Minn.<\/strong> (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>) \u2014 Christopher Dale Greene, 29, of Dickinson, North Dakota, is facing a gross misdemeanor DWI test refusal charge in Beltrami County District Court.<\/p>\n

The case was filed under court file number 04-CR-26-805.<\/p>\n

According to the criminal complaint, the alleged offense happened on April 6, 2026.<\/p>\n

Greene is accused of refusing a chemical breath test after driving or operating a motor vehicle.<\/p>\n

A caller reported a disturbance at a residence on Williams Road Southeast.<\/p>\n

The caller reported that Greene had entered the home.<\/p>\n

The complaint says children were inside at the time.<\/p>\n

Dispatch later reported that Greene had left the area.<\/p>\n

He was reportedly driving a white pickup toward Mission Bridge.<\/p>\n

Officers later found a white pickup matching that report.<\/p>\n

A traffic stop was conducted, and Greene was identified as the driver.<\/p>\n

Complaint Alleges Test Refusal<\/h2>\n

During the stop, officers reported signs of alcohol impairment.<\/p>\n

The complaint says an odor of alcohol came from Greene\u2019s breath.<\/p>\n

Greene refused a preliminary breath test, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n
