The charge stems from a January 25, 2026, traffic stop in Mahnomen County.<\/p>\n

Court records list the case as 44-CR-26-98.<\/p>\n

Londo is charged with driving after cancellation.<\/p>\n

The complaint says her license was canceled as inimical to public safety.<\/p>\n

According to the complaint, law enforcement saw a vehicle at about 2:01 a.m.<\/p>\n

The vehicle allegedly had only one properly working headlight.<\/p>\n

A traffic stop was then conducted in Mahnomen County.<\/p>\n

The driver was identified as Trisha Kay Londo, according to court records.<\/p>\n

Authorities then checked her driving status.<\/p>\n

The complaint says the check showed Londo\u2019s driving privileges were canceled.<\/p>\n

Prosecutors allege Londo had notice, or reason to know, about the cancellation.<\/p>\n

The case was filed by summons in Mahnomen County District Court.<\/p>\n

The complaint lists one count against Londo.<\/p>\n

That count alleges she drove after cancellation as inimical to public safety.<\/p>\n

Under Minnesota law, that charge can be filed as a gross misdemeanor.<\/p>\n

The court filing says the alleged offense happened on or about January 25, 2026.<\/p>\n

The charge remains an allegation at this stage.<\/p>\n
