Mahnomen County<\/strong> (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>) \u2014 A Lengby man is facing a gross misdemeanor charge in Mahnomen County District Court.<\/p>\n

Aaron Cody Clark, 38, of Lengby, has been charged with driving after cancellation. The complaint says his license was canceled as inimical to public safety.<\/p>\n

The charge was filed in Minnesota\u2019s Ninth Judicial District. The court file number is 44-CR-26-191.<\/p>\n

Traffic Stop Reported On County Road 4<\/h2>\n

According to the complaint, the case began on March 22, 2026.<\/p>\n

A peace officer reported seeing a vehicle with White Earth Plate V768 near County Road 4 in Mahnomen County.<\/p>\n

The complaint says law enforcement knew the vehicle was associated with Clark.<\/p>\n

Authorities also reported Clark\u2019s driving status was still canceled at that time.<\/p>\n

The officer identified Clark as the driver, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n

Complaint Says Driver Acknowledged Status<\/h2>\n

The complaint states Clark pulled into a residence. The officer then pulled in behind him.<\/p>\n

Clark was told his license was canceled as inimical to public safety.<\/p>\n

The complaint says Clark acknowledged his license status during the contact.<\/p>\n

Clark is charged under Minnesota Statute 171.24<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The charge is listed as a gross misdemeanor.<\/p>\n

If convicted, Clark could face up to 364 days in jail. He could also face a $3,000 fine, or both.<\/p>\n

A criminal complaint is not a conviction.<\/p>\n

Clark is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.<\/p>\n
