Bemidji<\/strong> (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>) \u2014 A Tenstrike man is facing a felony threats charge after a workplace dispute in Bemidji.<\/p>\n

Dominic Xavier Haro is charged in Beltrami County District Court with terroristic threats.<\/p>\n

He is also charged with fourth-degree damage to property.<\/p>\n

The case is filed in Minnesota\u2019s 9th Judicial District under court file 04-CR-26-689.<\/p>\n

The charges stem from a March 15, 2026, report at 519 24th Street Northwest in Bemidji.<\/p>\n

Workplace Dispute Reported<\/h2>\n

According to the complaint, law enforcement responded at about 8 a.m.<\/p>\n

The report involved alleged threats of violence at an adult foster home.<\/p>\n

A man identified as K.S. told authorities he and Haro had argued by text.<\/p>\n

K.S. said both men worked at the same location.<\/p>\n

He also said they worked alternating shifts, according to court documents.<\/p>\n

K.S. told police he arrived to relieve Haro after an overnight shift.<\/p>\n

The complaint says Haro allegedly got in K.S.\u2019s face.<\/p>\n

K.S. reported that Haro grabbed his coat by the collar.<\/p>\n

K.S. said he pushed Haro back in self-defense.<\/p>\n

A second person, identified as M.J., then stepped in.<\/p>\n

Complaint Alleges Threat And Tire Damage<\/h2>\n

The complaint says Haro allegedly threatened to get a gun from his car.<\/p>\n

He also allegedly threatened to shoot K.S.<\/p>\n

K.S. also reported that Haro threatened to damage his truck.<\/p>\n

The complaint says Haro allegedly mentioned stabbing the tires and breaking windows.<\/p>\n

As Haro left, K.S. said Haro stopped near his truck.<\/p>\n

K.S. reported hearing air coming from a truck tire.<\/p>\n

M.J. also told authorities he heard the alleged gun threat.<\/p>\n

M.J. also reported hearing air hissing from the truck tire.<\/p>\n

Authorities later examined the truck.<\/p>\n

The complaint says one tire was deflated.<\/p>\n

Authorities also reported seeing an approximate one-inch slit on the tire.<\/p>\n

Charges Filed In Beltrami County<\/h2>\n

Haro denied making threats, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n

He also denied slashing the tire.<\/p>\n

Haro claimed K.S. slashed his own tire, according to court records.<\/p>\n

The felony threats charge is listed under Minnesota Statute 609.713<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The property damage count is listed under Minnesota Statute 609.595<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The felony charge carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison.<\/p>\n

It also carries a possible $10,000 fine, or both.<\/p>\n

The misdemeanor damage charge carries up to 90 days in jail.<\/p>\n

It also carries a possible $1,000 fine, or both.<\/p>\n

The charges are only accusations at this stage.<\/p>\n

Haro is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.<\/p>\n
