Lake Park<\/strong> (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>) \u2014 Jesse Michael Dupree, 48, of Audubon, has been charged in Becker County District Court with felony second-degree burglary.<\/p>\n

The charge stems from a reported residential burglary in rural Lake Park. According to court records, the case began on March 13. A Becker County deputy responded to a home on the 16000 block of 192nd Street.<\/p>\n

The property owner told authorities that someone had entered the residence within the past few days. The owner also reported that Dupree had allegedly appeared at the property several times.<\/p>\n

Court records state that game trail cameras captured Dupree at the property. The owner said he had allegedly been there three or four times.<\/p>\n

Deputies later questioned Dupree about the incident. He first said he had not taken anything from the residence.<\/p>\n

Authorities then told him they knew he had been at the property more than once. According to court records, Dupree replied, \u201cI know, I was just checking it out.\u201d<\/p>\n

Dupree was arrested after the interview. Court records say he later admitted to taking a wooden shelf from the residence.<\/p>\n

Released Without Bail<\/h2>\n

On March 16, Dupree was released without bail. His release came with conditions set by the court.<\/p>\n

Those conditions include no trespassing at the reported burglary site. Court orders often restrict contact with victims or locations during pending cases.<\/p>\n

Dupree\u2019s next court appearance is scheduled for June 8. The hearing is set before District Judge Michelle W. Lawson.<\/p>\n

The case remains active in Becker County District Court. A criminal charge is not a conviction. Dupree is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.<\/p>\n
