Court records identify the other people as CAS and SJJ.

What Investigators Allege

The complaint says deputies were sent to a home on Breezy Point Circle Northwest after a report of a disturbance involving several people and a firearm.

When authorities arrived, they found a white Honda in the driveway with three people around it. Investigators identified them as Laurel Jacqueline Henry, Tyson Raymond Jackson, and Devin Charles Jackson.

People at the home told authorities the group had tried to jump them and had pulled a gun. One witness said the suspects had a machine gun.

Authorities removed Tyson Jackson from the vehicle and arrested him. The complaint says officers found an empty Glock-style magazine in his pocket. A preliminary breath test later showed a 0.117 alcohol reading, according to the complaint.

Investigators then searched the vehicle. They reportedly found a Glock pistol with an extended magazine in a suitcase, an AK-style pistol in the trunk, and an AR-style rifle under clothing in the back seat area.

Fight at the Home

According to the complaint, CAS told investigators Tyson Jackson ran into the yard and claimed he had a gun. CAS said he tried to protect his family and then grabbed a pipe.

CAS said Tyson Jackson punched him near the eye. Investigators later photographed injuries that matched that claim.

The complaint also says Laurel Henry got out of the vehicle with a firearm and made threats during the confrontation. Another witness said Henry pointed the gun at several people outside the home.

Earlier Incident Also Described

The complaint also describes surveillance video from Northern Lights Casino. Investigators say the video showed Tyson Jackson punching SJJ and throwing her to the ground before leaving the area.

SJJ later told authorities she was sore and had facial injuries. The complaint says she did not want to pursue charges.

The court file lists the charged offenses as happening on or about March 28, 2026. The probable cause statement says deputies were dispatched on May 28, 2026.

Jackson’s charges were filed in Minnesota Judicial Branch court records under Cass County case number 11-CR-26-456.
