Court records say Miles Damien-Lee Anderson<\/strong>, 35, of Aitkin, was charged with driving after cancellation that was listed as inimical to public safety. The charge was filed in Cass County District Court under Minnesota Statute 171.24.5.<\/p>\n

According to the complaint, the case stems from a traffic stop on March 15, 2026, in Bena. The complaint says a deputy was on patrol on Cass County Highway 8 when a northbound vehicle passed without working taillights.<\/p>\n

The complaint states the vehicle was then stopped. Court documents identify Anderson as the driver. Dispatch later checked his driving status, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n
