He was arrested without a reported struggle.<\/p>\n<p>While being transported, Baker allegedly made more comments about being upset in the bank and making threats.<\/p>\n<p>The felony count is filed under Minnesota Statute 609.713.1. That charge carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison, a $10,000 fine, or both.<\/p>\n<p>The misdemeanor count is filed under Minnesota Statute 609.72.1(3).
