The complaint says K.D. led the deputy inside the home. Once inside, the deputy tried to calm the situation and speak with Duffy.<\/p>\n

The filing says Duffy smelled of alcohol and had watery eyes. The deputy then tried to detain him while waiting for more help.<\/p>\n

According to the complaint, Duffy pulled away and would not put his hands behind his back. The deputy said he gave many commands and tried to avoid a fight.<\/p>\n
