According to the complaint, an officer stopped a westbound vehicle after seeing it travel above the posted speed limit.<\/p>\n

The vehicle was clocked at 45 miles per hour in a 35 mile per hour zone, the complaint says.<\/p>\n

The driver was identified as Angela Lee Lindseth, age 48, of Fosston.<\/p>\n

During the stop, the officer checked Lindseth\u2019s driving status. The complaint says she had a license restriction.<\/p>\n

That restriction required her to drive only a vehicle with a working ignition interlock device.<\/p>\n

The complaint says the vehicle she was driving did not have that device installed.<\/p>\n

According to court records, Lindseth told the officer that her own vehicle had the ignition interlock system.<\/p>\n

She also said that vehicle had brake problems, so she was driving another vehicle instead.<\/p>\n

That second vehicle did not have the required ignition interlock device, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n

What Happens Next<\/h2>\n

The complaint says Lindseth was later allowed to switch to a vehicle that had the proper equipment.<\/p>\n

Her husband was asked to bring that vehicle to the scene, according to the filing.<\/p>\n

The charge remains an allegation unless proven in court.<\/p>\n
